PONCE CITY MARKET

The demolition has begun at old City Hall East (the former Sears Headquarters) on what will be the new Ponce City Market on Old Fourth Ward. This exciting undertaking will be the biggest in town project to take place in a very long time transforming the Ponce and Glen Iris Area into an all new urban development with shopping, unique lofts and so much more.

The influx of investment and improvements only add to the new park that is now being completed in Old Fourth Ward making for one of the most vibrant and amenity filled pockets of Atlanta. This will be the most sought after area of town in the near future with every nice new amenity available to its residents.

Additionally, this project sets along side the Atlanta belt line project as well which will bring even more benefit to the area with walking trails, parks and more access to the area. These are exciting times in Old Fourth Ward and watching it unfold is even more exciting.

As a resident of Glen Iris Lofts and a major seller of this area, my team and I are excited to be helping our buyers and investors to purchase in this area. This is just another reason that Prime Real Estate is your perfect partner for real estate in Old Fourth Ward. Call us today at (404) 685-3774. Midtown Real Estate is Set to Roll Again

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

Not really affected by the national slowdown of real estate, Midtown Atlanta still remains a force to be reckoned with in real estate.  While much of the country has seen strong downturns in real estate prices and sales, the undervalued Atlanta market has remained a decent place to be.  While the past few years have seen astronomical price increases and subsequent decreases as demand has slowed, the Atlanta market is a great exception to the rule.

When compared with the rest of the country prices and the cost of living remain low making Atlanta a very attractive destination for investment and new industry.  Call on your PRIME agent for more details as to why Atlanta is the place to be for single faimly homes, condos, lofts and luxury properties.  There has never been a better time to buy!
